From the Pastor's Desk January, 2007

As I think about the New Year, I think about the resolutions that we set each year you know, the ones that will be broken by the second week in January.  What I want to encourage you to do this year, rather than make pointless resolutions, is to think about how you can better serve Christ in the coming year.  We can do this by surrendering our time, our possessions, and our will to Christ.  He will then give you direction and meaning for the coming year.  Later, when we look back at 2007 we will not remember the broken resolutions.  Instead we will have seen a closer walk with Christ, a joy that never ceases and a hope for the future.  Remember, Jesus loves you and I do too.  Have a joy-filled 2007.

Your pastor,

Bro. Keith
